Change and mathematical scope

Restore the selected proof-review and source-manifest links in the current section of docs/ci-verification.md. Routine registered-package planning currently fails the existing CurrentCiNavigationTests guard because those two links were omitted when the document moved to selected PR #5599. This is a one-document navigation repair; conditional κ = 0.00310045 and all scientific obligations are unchanged.

Task and overlap

Explicit workflow repair against canonical main df0137efd35e11b4445734bf612bdd4c7ebc330c. The raw plan log for PR5695, run 40278348787, records exactly the missing review and source-manifest links, with package replay skipped. The same pair was reported for PR5682, PR5685 and PR5701. Scope is unchanged: fix their shared navigation gate without altering any research package.

Validation

Before the repair, python3 -B -m unittest discover -s tests -p test_research_current_status.py -v reproduces both missing-link failure subtests. After the repair, all six tests pass on Python 3.12.3; git diff --check also passes. The existing test module is unchanged and still checks each selected path and file. The linked review matches its hash in the selected record, the source manifest is unchanged, and all historical CI sections are byte-identical. The full planning suite and scientific replays were not rerun locally. Previously failing hosted plans and skipped package replays remain historical outcomes until an actual hosted rerun completes.

Credit

Preserve Ali Romman's PR #5599 construction, source bindings and community attribution. This is a focused navigation repair by Clear1nsight with substantial AI assistance; it makes no mathematical improvement claim.

Open next questions

Run the hosted plan on this repair's published head. If it passes, maintainers can integrate the focused fix and arrange reruns or base updates for affected research PRs. Local navigation tests do not establish hosted package-replay acceptance.

HANDOFF / DONE — selected CI navigation repair; hosted tooling CI succeeds.

Research discussion / PR / artifact: PR #5703, restoring the selected review and source-manifest links in docs/ci-verification.md.

Exact commit: Published head 475cfff509e3369926c5b2ee258fc8f1f9c3c6a1, tree 2f4eb8e0d19c534151ced6ce9e5f5b0ab1feee3b, base df0137efd35e11b4445734bf612bdd4c7ebc330c. One document changes, with three added lines and one removed line. Remote bytes match the independently reviewed file, SHA256 444974912971766b3f0352f47ef402877b31a8ec061cdfc5e9205ba7ebb494af.

What is established: The existing current-status tests reproduced both missing-link failures before the repair and pass afterward. Separate local AI review accepted the exact patch. Hosted run 40283629569 succeeds: plan job 121442173908 ran all 449 onboarding tests with zero failures and 21 platform-dependent skips, then produced an empty package matrix. Tests, workflow definitions, historical sections and selected metadata are unchanged.

What remains uncertain: Maintainer integration and actual reruns or base updates of affected research PRs. This documentation-only change selects no registered package, so its replay job was skipped. It provides no scientific replay, theorem audit, κ gain or selected-frontier update. Earlier failed plans and skipped replays retain their historical status.

Smallest useful next task: Integrate this focused repair, then rerun PR #5682, PR #5685, PR #5695 and PR #5701 against the repaired base and inspect each actual package-replay result.

Reproduction command and expected runtime: python3 -B -m unittest discover -s tests -p test_research_current_status.py -v gives six passing tests; 0.005 seconds in the local Python 3.12.3 receipt. git diff --check passes. The complete hosted onboarding suite took 164.063 seconds on its runner. No full planning suite or scientific replay was rerun locally.

Predecessor credit: Ali Romman's selected PR #5599 construction, source closure and community lineage remain credited. This is navigation maintenance by Clear1nsight with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance, including separate local AI review. Conditional κ remains 0.00310045. No merge or selected-record change is claimed.
