Refresh the X-Mech suite and related pages from one set of fourteen immutable revisions. Include AIMech throughout the cards, graph, census, record lists, statistics, governance and navigation: 601 concepts, comprising 442 AIO imports and 159 maintained concepts. AIO and arXiv join the occurrence census; shared-term extraction rules remain unchanged.
The census measures 1,085,391 entries and 323 populated cells across 163 vocabularies. Card headlines total 1,085,387 because CommunityMech's four isolates are outside its published community browser. The graph has 67 shared-term pairs, including four additional CMMMech links after review; AIMech has no measured shared-term edge. DUFMech's 8,296 seed families retain their naming-history classifications and scientific limits. CMMMech has 48 material records; PathwayMech has 198 pathways and 8,977 mechanistic edges.
Adversarial review identified and fixed the graph overview that omitted CMMMech/AIMech, a PathwayMech export link that led to an older corpus, the failed freshness gate, and an inconsistent category-browsing verdict. The replacement snapshot reruns every pipeline stage at common pins. The graph now describes fourteen complementary knowledge factories, and the KGX link targets the matching pinned download manifest. The 59 documented cross-references include a newly verified DUFMech-to-ProteinTraitsMech discovery reference, without treating mentions as validated functions. ProteinTraitsMech category browsing is now partial under the existing filter-only criterion.
All 24 website features were reassessed for each of the twelve published sites; six redeployed sites received another complete browser audit and independent check on October 11. Deployment pins remain separate from census pins. CMMMech and AIMech have no published websites. The 2025-03-07 kg-microbe comparison retains 1,379,336 nodes and 64 tracked vocabularies, with the expanded occurrence registry rescanned consistently. AIMech's CC BY 4.0 label is limited to the AIO imports covered by its license notice.
Validation: the census canary and every subsequent pipeline stage passed; 221 unit tests; assembly, pinned manifest, complete asset hashes and live card-freshness checks pass. Independent source and browser reviews found no unresolved finding. Four previews cover 1440px and 390px in light/dark themes, including AIMech lists, graph overview, export destination, anchors and overflow. The preview uses Kramdown with the deployed layout; a full local Jekyll build was unavailable. At 07:32 UTC on October 11, the live check passed with two growth warnings: AIMech 601 to 617 and CMMMech 48 to 54, both within the existing grace limits.
