Add image-backed QR halftone and background treatments - #302
Image composition gains two treatments. Halftone3x3 dithers the supplied image into nine equal sub-cells per data module and forces the centre sub-cell to the encoded bit. ImageBackground retains the supplied colours around opaque, contrasting module centres. Functional patterns and the complete quiet zone stay solid in both modes.
The implementation extends the existing image sampler and composer, preserving crop, placement, strength, cancellation and output limits. Halftone modules need a pixel size divisible by three. The earlier decorative Halftone silhouette remains separate; the new treatments cannot be combined with Art silhouettes. No production dependency is added.
The managed legacy decoder also locates generated, axis-aligned QR finder patterns inside the supplied image before its existing image-wide fallback. It samples actual pixels and uses the existing module decoder, error correction and payload parser, with native guardrails enabled. This fixes guarded logo and framed-caption workflows on Windows PowerShell 5.1. General camera-image support remains narrower than on modern runtimes.
Validation: 26 focused image-composition tests pass on each of .NET 8 and .NET 10, covering binary sub-cell geometry, functional patterns and quiet zones, preserved centres, source-image contribution and exact native/independent recovery. Twelve comparison specimens, including a photograph, pass native decoding, exported-image validation and strict independent full-size and half-size reads. The combined caption, photo and finder suite passes 96 tests on .NET Framework 4.7.2, including the latest PhoneOutline clearance cases. The modern fallback, deadline, caption and photo suite passed 54 tests before those additional geometry cases. The PowerShell consumer passes 24 workflow tests on both PowerShell 5.1 and 7, with 20 rendered specimens independently checked.
Builds on merged #301. The rebase preserves the validated source tree; CI runs against the merged dependency.
Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Added halftone and image-background QR treatments, offering new ways to blend images into QR codes while retaining their encoded pattern.
Improvements
QR images can now be decoded when captions, frames, or logos interfere with locating the code.
Documentation
Updated guidance for the new image treatments, including their sizing requirements and compatibility considerations.
The pull request adds Halftone3x3 and ImageBackground composition styles. It also adds finder-pattern localization to the image decoder before its existing dark-bounds search. New tests cover the composition output and fallback decoding.

Adds the two composition styles and their validation. Halftone mode dithers image samples across 3×3 subcells, while image-background mode adapts image colors outside the QR module centers. Tests check pixel properties, validation, and decoded payloads. The README describes both styles and their settings.

Adds finder-pattern scanning and candidate decoding before the existing bounds-based path. Tests cover caption and frame ink, logo overlays, invalid finder-like patterns, cancellation, and template decoding. The test project includes the new test files for net472; the README describes finder localization.

Explanation
The title "Add image-backed QR halftone and background treatments" matches the main change. The PR adds the Halftone3x3 and ImageBackground composition styles to QrImageComposer and their validation, README docs, and tests. The title does not mention the second part of the PR, the managed legacy decoder finder-pattern fallback in QrImageDecoder.FallbackFinders.cs. That part is secondary to the main feature, so the title is still accurate.

Move the halftone branch before the per-pixel sample.
In halftone mode, the branch uses only halftone; it does not use r, g, or b. At ModuleSize = 18, this adds 324 unnecessary samples for each eligible data module. Move the sample below the branch. This preserves rendering, cancellation checks, and all non-halftone styles.

Move the halftone branch in the rendering loop before the per-pixel
`image.Sample` call so halftone mode skips sampling values it does not use. Keep
the sample available for non-halftone styles, preserving their rendering and
existing cancellation checks.
On net8.0 and net10.0, the current call uses QrPixelDecoder because it is outside WithFallback. Moving it into WithFallback would select the fallback, but the already-cancelled token makes TryDecodeFallbackCore return before it calls TryDecodeFinderRegion. Neither assertion detects removal of the finder scan's cancellation checks. Add a deterministic test that cancels after the finder scan starts.

The two review suggestions are useful follow-ups: skip the unused per-pixel sample in Halftone3x3, and exercise cancellation after the fallback finder scan starts. The existing test covers a pre-cancelled request; it does not establish in-progress finder cancellation coverage. The scan checks cancellation at each sampled row, every 1024 horizontal pixels, during candidate traversal and during module sampling. Neither suggestion identifies a current payload or rendering correctness defect, so I am keeping this change focused and leaving those improvements for a later batch.
