What this adds
The Repositories options menu already has toggles for reviews, fix suggestions, Inline health, Formal verification, and related advisory sections. Rows that GitHub no longer lists show No longer on GitHub, with remove for owners and admins.
This documents those controls, the gone-row flow, and the case where a transfer keeps builds and history because Graphify stays installed on the new owner.
