## Repository controls

Open a repository's options to inspect available controls for **PR reviews**, **Fix suggestions**, **Formal verification**, and **Indexing**. Available actions depend on the workspace's configuration and access.
Open a repository's **…** options menu. Controls depend on the provider and your role.

The Indexing control pauses or enables indexing. Review and verification controls are separate; do not use an indexing toggle as a substitute for review configuration.
| Control | Default | What it does |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **PR reviews** | On | Runs Graphify reviews on the repository's pull requests. |
| **Fix suggestions** | Off | Proposes verified fixes as GitHub suggestions on reviewed PRs. Available on Pro, Teams, and Enterprise. |
| **Inline health** | On | Posts structural health and coupling findings as inline PR comments. Off keeps them in the review summary only, so they no longer create merge-blocking threads. GitHub only; hidden on GitLab. |
| **Formal verification** | On | Runs formal verification on the repository's pull requests. Off opts this repository out. Fork and untrusted code stay gated server-side. |
| **Risky patterns** | On | Lists risky patterns on lines a PR adds (advisory, never blocks). |
| **Stale docs** | On | Lists docs that mention code a PR changed (advisory, never blocks). |
| **Indexing** | — | Pauses or enables indexing. Separate from review and verification toggles. |

Do not use the indexing toggle as a substitute for review configuration.

## No longer on GitHub

When GitHub reports a repository as deleted, transferred to an account without Graphify, or no longer accessible to the Graphify GitHub App, the row shows **No longer on GitHub**. A countdown appears when Graphify will remove it on its own (for example, **Removed from Graphify in 5 days**).

Owners and admins can **Remove** it from that row to delete its graph and history now. Hover the label for the reason Graphify recorded (`access_removed`, `deleted`, or `transferred`).

### Transfers that stay connected

If you transfer a repository to a new owner and Graphify remains installed on that account, the repository keeps its builds, reviews, verifications, and memories. The row stays indexed; it does not show **No longer on GitHub**.
