Thread organization now supports bounded selected-row movement across pin, manual order, groups and shelves on the current Workstreams layer. Pin state and group membership remain independent, and snoozing or settling preserves membership for restoration. Partial failures retain the unsuccessful selection; mobile order operations cancel when their revision or subscription changes.

Restores owner PR #33 above Workstreams PR #101. The organization MCP toolkit uses current V2 thread-management services and the baseline organization capability. Working beta keeps its chronological behavior; ordinary manual ordering remains available outside it. Current owner, version, environment, preview and device guards remain enforced.

Validation: all 661 tests across the final 24-module affected union passed with no skips (169 MCP/runtime, 332 web, 160 mobile). Server, web and mobile typechecks passed. Scoped formatting/lint, full Knip checks, production web build and server bundle passed. Existing lint warnings remain. Hooks retained every validated source hash.

Hosted CI and actual rendered web/mobile interaction qualification remain pending; this source port does not activate a live registry, launcher or provider runtime.

Coordinated with GPT-6.1 Sol through the Codex harness.
