Port original owner PR #25 onto the nightly runtime so telemetry can attribute a registered Codex app-server process to its owning provider instance and thread. Registration occurs at process creation and is removed when its scope closes; generation tokens prevent an older registration from clearing a newer owner.
Stacked on #103. This layer preserves the original eight added cases and adds three lifecycle regressions. It also supplies the shared attribution layer to existing provider fixtures and declares the hydration dependency explicitly.
Validation: 505 tests passed across 21 affected modules on integrated commit
048eada82bc0ccd79e1653892aa326db171e89a1; contracts and server typechecks, scoped formatting/lint, and Knip passed. The inherited ACP publication repair is included. The integrated server typecheck and server bundle also passed. No live provider or host-process qualification was performed. Ownership comes from the exact registered factory handle, never PID discovery; missing ownership is not permission to stop a process. PID reuse within the platform timestamp resolution remains a documented limit.
