Provider runtime identity must come from the selected live provider thread rather than requested configuration or account metadata. This layer validates and persists observed Codex/Claude identity through adapters, event ingestion and projections, exposes nullable shared-client evidence, and protects native-fork retirement from stale producer outcomes.

Qualification: 776 tests pass across the 20 affected modules with no skips; server, contracts and client-runtime typechecks pass. Scoped formatting/lint pass with five non-blocking warnings retained. Checks preceded mechanical formatting; the intact precommit hook preserved final source hashes. Hosted CI will qualify the published commit; build and unused-code qualification are pending. Base is the planned L17 process-attribution parent, not staging.

Implemented with Codex in T3 Code; coordinator gpt-6.1-sol, builders gpt-6-astra.
