The existing V2 stack leaves Jones native creation, checkout ownership, startup recovery, and several retained feature/research PRs incompletely integrated. This continuation preserves the current #77 → #78 → #83 → #82 → #90 → #80 spine and incorporates the #85 → #88 → #89 sibling fixes, then carries the audited keep/rework scopes into V2.

Draft checkpoint — DO NOT MERGE. Integration and affected validation are ongoing. No main merge, release, or deployment is part of this PR. Historical diagnostic source pins and mock work-queue semantics remain explicit.

Includes native persistence/execution and MCP metadata/settlement, workspace retry with automatic base selection, composer recovery, host metrics, CI visibility, device media integration, sealed fixtures/health, and source-bound V2 history/SQL experiments. Retired V1 runtime coverage is mapped to V2; retained streaming cases were ported.

Validation so far: 111 repository/streaming tests passed; buffered output regression now passes. A later focused run passed 184 tests including terminal custody and MCP fixtures, with ownership and macOS deletion-fixture failures under repair. Initial server typecheck identified unfinished parent contracts and has not yet been repeated after those repairs. These results are checkpoint evidence, not final-head qualification.

Original audited PR accounting: keep #59/#64/#74/#78/#80/#81/#82/#83/#84/#85/#87; rework #48/#63/#66/#68/#69/#70/#71/#72/#73/#75/#76/#77. Conditional duplicate closures #61/#62 remain pending replacement/preservation proof; their branches will be retained.

Performed by Astra/Medium and Sol under High Intelligence routing in the Codex harness.

Restore scoped consumers from PR73 3bc8edf, PR75 e9660df and PR76 b5627cc above PR82 and fixture commits 8194326/1b20bc730.

Keep da5f4ae historical fork007 custody and benchmark populations; require explicit canonical source and executable bindings. Add separately bound V2 synthetic storage/initialization qualification with crash evidence and conservative cleanup. V2 timing qualification remains unavailable.

Validation: staged diff check passed. Tests, formatter and source qualification not run: coordinator admission/dependency hold. No historical run is claimed as current candidate evidence.
Port Jones-Code #84 from cc37748. Preserve selected-environment credentials, bounded observations, and partial/unavailable results. Limit shared RPC edits to CI registration; retain existing parent formatting and behavior.
Port Jones-Code PR #80 source 668d2e1 onto PR #82 at 3646c69. Preserve device/session-bound grants, generation-owned tunnels, proxy fallback and input retirement. Adapt proxy test namespaces and retain the V2 check-group manifest.

Server composition is supplied by the coordinator integration lane. Focused device-direct-media checks pending coordinated dependency setup and test admission. Android encoder renegotiation remains deferred; no live device or latency qualification.
Port the scoped recovery behavior from PR #81 (a7cc9ee) onto PR #82 tip 3646c69. Preserve V2 thread contexts and draft session targets while fencing live refs and cursor writes after navigation.

Add direct store recovery witnesses, including delayed navigation across threads and environments. Checks pending dependency setup; no runtime validation claimed.
Keep V1 preparations and historical facts separate from V2 stage identities. Add bounded observation, accepted command attribution, execution references and immutable recovery records. Persist provider acknowledgement, creation completion and outbox success in one ownership-checked transaction.

Adds focused history, mismatch, duplicate-start, transaction rollback, recovery and acknowledgement rollback tests. Tests pending coordinator dependency and admission gate.

Selectively port upstream 7379933 onto Jones PR82. Retain optional base selection and origin commit pinning; reuse recorded worktrees with nullable base metadata without repeating checkout or branch rename. Include web/mobile retry controls and explicit/automatic-base regression coverage. Orchestrator and WebSocket retry dispatch are supplied by coordinated integration lanes.
Issue native execution authority from the claimed reference and propagate the opaque context through provider session open, thread ensure, and actual turn start. Capture successful adapter acknowledgment before handoff bookkeeping and persist its bound confirmation before notifying the runtime.

Preserve atomic confirmation success after notification failure; never replay an unconfirmed issued native effect. Add direct worker settlement and acknowledgment-order regressions. Tests pending coordinator serial dependency/admission slot.
Use real EventSink commits on a fresh WAL database with explicit clean source/tree/lock and executable bindings. Record timer lag, harness queue, acceptance and arrival completion separately; assert accepted/rejected replay, rollback/retry, receipt/event/projection state and SQLite integrity.

Preserve phase and child evidence before guarded cleanup; retain unknown database closure. Historical benchmark sources and protocols stay unchanged. No provider, SQL lock, capacity or installed-runtime timing claim.

Validation: staged diff check passed. Tests and measurements unrun under coordinator admission/dependency hold; current NativeCreationRepository integration remains a prerequisite for qualification.
