Overview

This pull request adds regression coverage for incoming-stream retry cancellation, wallet authorization on stream detail actions, zero-value stream rendering, and the top-up amount precision boundary. The changes are tests only; production behavior is unchanged.

Changes

Incoming stream hook coverage (#1792)

• Verify a retry poll stops after the component switches to a different wallet during the backoff period.
• Verify a response started for the old wallet cannot replace the active result after the wallet changes.
• Keep retry timing deterministic with the existing fake-timer test setup and ensure the new-wallet query cache is not mutated by the old poll.

Stream detail authorization and calculations (#1791, #1790)

• Verify the recipient sees the withdraw action but not sender-only controls.
• Verify the sender sees top-up, pause, and cancel controls but not withdraw.
• Verify an unrelated wallet sees no stream actions.
• Verify a zero-rate, zero-deposit stream renders a zero claimable amount without non-finite display values.

Top-up validation boundary (#1799)

• Verify the top-up modal accepts the maximum supported seven-decimal precision and submits the expected amount.

Validation

• git diff HEAD^ --check passed for the latest commit.
• Tests, lint, builds, and type checks were not run, and no dependencies were installed, as requested.
• Frontend dependencies are not installed in this checkout, so local frontend lint/build/type-check commands are unavailable.
