Magic 0.11.0 added sealed artifact crafting, but the guides omitted the recipes and Recycler still described artifacts as exclusively found. Document the five Rune Crafting Station recipes, opening behavior, configuration, logging and validation procedure, and explain rarity-based recycling for opened seals.
Also clarify Dowsing's missing-file default extraction and stable Artifact Mine focus ID. Added documentation includes no rarity odds or hidden schools.
Validation: all five link-checker tests pass in Linux CI; 715 local links/anchors and project navigation pass, as does the strict CoreProtect documentation build. Links and the strict build also pass locally on Windows, whose case-sensitive path test requires Linux. Dev integration smoke testing passed 54 checks. Self-review is clean within three rounds.
