fix(information-highlight): Remove trailing margin when Body is the last element - #4229
InformationHighlight.Body always applied margin-block-end, even when nothing followed it. The margin is meant to separate Body from content below it (typically InformationHighlight.Link), so when Body is the last element it added unnecessary space at the bottom of the component. Design confirmed this is a bug.
This is a CSS-only fix: &:last-child { margin-block-end: 0 } on the Body stencil. :last-child was chosen over :has(+ link) so it keeps working if other elements (e.g. a button) are placed after Body.
Heading is not affected on support (it already has margin: 0). The same bug exists on master, where Heading is also affected; that will be fixed in a separate PR against master since Body.tsx differs substantially between the branches.

Components
Release Note
Removes the extra space below InformationHighlight.Body when it is the last element. Spacing is unchanged when a Link follows. Chromatic will show a visual diff on the "Only Body" states.
Chromatic should show an intended diff only in the "Only Body Low/High Emphasis" rows of Testing/Indicators/Information Highlight.
Testing Manually
Run yarn start and open the InformationHighlight Body example (Body only). There should be no extra space below the text.
Open the Basic example (Body followed by Link). The space between Body and Link should be unchanged.
Optionally run yarn cypress:run --component --spec cypress/component/InformationHighlight.spec.tsx. The new tests fail without the Body.tsx change and pass with it.
Summary by CodeRabbit
Bug Fixes
Removed extra bottom spacing when body content is the final item in an information highlight. Existing spacing remains when body text is followed by other content, preserving separation between items.
Tests
Added accessibility checks for the basic and body examples, along with assertions verifying the expected bottom spacing in each case.

Walkthrough
The Body stencil sets its bottom margin to zero when it is the last child. Cypress tests check accessibility and bottom-margin behavior in the Body and Basic examples.

The Body stencil assigns marginBlockEnd through a variable and sets the variable to 0 when the Body element is the last child.
Verify example spacing cypress/component/InformationHighlight.spec.tsx, modules/react/information-highlight/stories/examples/Basic.tsx, modules/react/information-highlight/stories/examples/Body.tsx
Cypress tests check accessibility and verify that the Body example has a 0px bottom margin while the Basic example has a non-zero bottom margin. The example files remove unused React imports.
Workday/canvas-kit#4230: This PR changes the same Body stencil spacing behavior and adds Cypress checks. It also changes the Heading stencil, which this PR does not.

Explanation
Issue #4228 requires zero trailing margin for the last Body and unchanged spacing when content follows. Body.tsx assigns the gap through marginEnd and sets that variable to 0 for :where(:last-child). The Cypress spec checks zero margin for the Body-only example and non-zero margin for the Basic example with a Link. The Heading requirement is for master; this PR targets support, where Heading is not affected.

…t child
Nested pseudo-class rules are emitted after flat declarations in the merged class, so changing margin-block-end directly in :last-child also overrode a consumer's cs margin. Change a CSS variable instead.
