📕 Read CONTRIBUTING.md first — it's the rulebook (every
field, the quality bar, the Awesome Score). Reviewers cite it by rule number (G1–G8, UC-n, PL-n).

What this adds

Employed (plugin): content/plugins/employed.md. A hosted MCP server for live job search across about 5,000 employers' own applicant-tracking systems, plus the user's own job-search profile, ranked feed and application tracker.

Checklist

  • This PR adds exactly ONE new file under content/ (plus assets for this entry, if any).
  • It follows CONTRIBUTING.md: required fields and the golden rules (G1–G8).
  • npm run validate adds no errors for this entry. The base branch already reports dangling collection members, unrelated to this file; the entry count goes from 50 to 51 plugins.
  • slug is kebab-case and exactly matches the filename.
  • I ran it end to end today against the live server (https://jobs.guaqai.me/mcp): OAuth sign-in, tools/list (18 tools), search, feed, and saving then removing a role in the tracker, from Claude and ChatGPT custom connectors and over plain MCP HTTP. I have not run it inside Grok Bot itself; it is a standard Streamable HTTP server with OAuth 2.1 and dynamic client registration, the same shape as the other hosted-MCP plugins listed here.
  • Every URL in the frontmatter resolves (project, connector docs, public plugin repo).
  • The prompt is the complete prompt.
  • Plain Markdown body, no raw HTML.
  • verified_at and status: live are not set (status: proposed).
  • Not an ad: the listing describes what the tools do and their limits (search, read-only employer data, the user's own tracker; never applies or contacts employers), with pricing stated plainly.
  • Submitted by the maker (Guaq AI); author is Guaq AI.
  • I license this contribution under CC BY 4.0 (attribution: entry author + grokbot.dev).

Where it came from

Our own product: https://jobs.guaqai.me. Connector docs, every tool and its parameters: https://jobs.guaqai.me/connectors. Public plugin package: https://github.com/Guaq-AI/employed-plugins. Listed in the official MCP Registry as me.guaqai.jobs/employed.

…ards (MCP)

Merged from PR #57. Maintainer edits: status set to live, verified_at stamped,
pricing_note trimmed to the 120-char limit (meaning unchanged).

Merged into main (9aca76f) and live now: https://grokbot.dev/plugins/employed/

Thanks for a clean submission — the MCP endpoint checks out (OAuth-gated, as described) and the listing is a genuinely good fit for the directory.

A few maintainer edits, all cosmetic/schema:

  • status set to live and verified_at stamped after I verified the project, repo and connector URLs (submitters leave proposed; review flips it).
  • pricing_note trimmed from 153 to 118 characters to fit the 120-char limit — meaning unchanged.

The prompt's guardrails (confirm-before-change, never apply on the user's behalf, apply-link only) are exactly what we like to see. Thanks again!

Merged from #59. The Employed listing (from #57) rendered the mono
letter tile because no mark was ever fetched for the slug. This adds
public/icons/plugins/employed.png — the product mark (black E on a lime
plate), 128x128 RGBA, matching the size scripts/fetch-plugin-icons-v2.mjs
normalises to. PluginIcon.astro resolves it by slug at build time, so no
front-matter change is needed. Sourced from the product's own MIT-licensed
repo (Guaq-AI/employed-plugins, assets/icon-512.png) and visually verified
against the live favicon.
