Merge order: #68 before #69 (#69 is based on #68). #64 and #69 both change package.json and package-lock.json: merge #64 first, then bring master into #69 with a merge (no rebase) and regenerate the lock with npm install --legacy-peer-deps (expect a lock conflict). #65, #66, #67 and #70 are independent.

• .github/dependabot.yml: npm and github-actions, weekly (npm limit 5). No @contentstack/* dependencies, so no private registry block.
• Snyk / audit High and Critical are not fixed here: existing fix: raise webpack floor and update vulnerable dev deps in lock file #64 (DX-29607) updates the lock and raises the webpack floor (npm audit 46 -> 5, 0 High/Critical, CI security-sca green). It also sets the LICENSE year to 2026 (as does stale Update LICENSE #46). security.snyk and the LICENSE part of legal.licence-eula close when fix: raise webpack floor and update vulnerable dev deps in lock file #64 merges.
• SECURITY.md, CODEOWNERS, LICENSE already exist; not touched. Stale bot PRs (Bump websocket-extensions from 0.1.3 to 0.1.4 #7 to Bump webpack from 5.70.0 to 5.76.0 #48) left open: closing them would notify people.

Commits went through the repo's hooks (GitGuardian pre-commit and pre-push); none bypassed. Local Snyk cannot authenticate (org permission / 401), so the PR's Snyk checks are the scan.
