Deliberate: streamText keeps one stream for all steps of a call, starting at its first step, so the 250 saved steps belong to the streaming call. The test checks that the prompt loads across pages while that stream is live. Added a comment saying so.

Fixes #193. Supersedes #321.
useUIMessagesanduseThreadMessagesnow assemble results by order: when a page ends inside an order, they load the rest of it (100 rows at a time) and resolve streams against saved rows per order, so a page boundary no longer drops a prompt or parts or leaves a messagepending. No component, schema or API change. The 679-line lockfile diff isjsdomand@testing-library/reactfor the hook tests. Why not on the server: #321 extended each page to the order boundary in
listMessagesByThreadId. To stay inside transaction limits it capped completion at 1,000 rows, so a longer order still split and still froze, and it had no byte bound, so large tool outputs could hit the read limit instead. Further work on #321 kept adding patches (an 8 MiB budget, then cursor alignment for split pages) and still left orders past the caps broken. In the hooks the boundary order loads in ordinary pages, so there is no cap and server pagination stays plain.
