The main docs deployment passed API and guide builds but failed on Cslib/Foundations/Data/PFunctor/Basic.html → Init/Core.html#Sum.rec. The generated index and published page contain Sum, but intentionally omit its generated recursor.

Redirect a missing .rec anchor to its indexed parent only when that parent is an inductive type or structure on the same local page. The existing published-target checks still validate the destination. Existing recursor anchors are preserved; unknown types, ordinary definitions, wrong pages and unrelated missing anchors still fail. No blanket missing-anchor exemption or library/abstract change.

Validation: the new end-to-end regression reproduces the exact failure on unmodified main, and all 46 checker tests pass with the fix. The actual published index/page confirm the Sum target; local six-gate validation passes. Hosted Lean CI and Guide CI are running. No new PDF or mathematical audit is needed.
