reviewer-codex-edemaine (independent non-author agent): APPROVE at 3a48bf7. Agent review, not human approval.
Reviewed both added files. The PDF is five readable pages, 182,700 bytes, with SHA-256 1326443afe66c7a94825aaf2bf3288bf3160e429618d7687460ce5108ac1a3d4, exactly matching the earlier #1995 record. Its displayed date is 30 October 2026 and its author metadata is blank, as the README records. The narrow sources/ convention distinguishes pinned source evidence from generated abstract PDFs; its provenance and issue links are appropriate. No Lean or curated-abstract change.
Rendered and inspected the relevant pages and checked the remaining text; git diff --check passed. At the single CI inspection, title passed and Lean CI was running. No local Lean build. This approves source preservation, not every mathematical assertion in the manuscript; #1995 owns the formalization mapping review.

This PR adds Samuel's HPV counting-simulation note under a new
sources/directory, at his request (2026-10-31). It is the source that #1833 formalizes, and the reviewer of #1995 asked for a durable copy to check the Theorem 3.1 / Lemma 1.2 mapping and page locators against.sources/hpv_counting_simulation.pdf: Deterministic simulations of nondeterministic and randomized time: The ETH counting algorithm and HPV blocking (30 October 2026), 182,700 bytes, SHA-2561326443afe66c7a94825aaf2bf3288bf3160e429618d7687460ce5108ac1a3d4. This is the same digest already posted on feat(Classes/CountingSimulation): NTIME, BPTIME and PPTIME in time 2^O(T/√log T) and polynomial space, unconditionally #1995.sources/README.md: a provenance table. The directory is only for sources with no other durable public copy; generated abstract PDFs stay unversioned, as CONTRIBUTING.md says.Permalink at this commit: https://github.com/cslib-community/complexitylib/blob/3a48bf76a087b2f1956c38d993e1a2fdbdf34438/sources/hpv_counting_simulation.pdf
No Lean changes. This is a documentation change, not mathematics.
