Typing **#123** in a composer looks up that exact issue or pull request in the /dev/null repository, `dev-null-sh/dev-null.sh`. The matching title appears beneath the number; click it or use Enter or Tab to insert its GitHub URL, just like choosing an emoji suggestion. A space or punctuation leaves the number as typed and dismisses the suggestion. Missing numbers and failed lookups leave the text unchanged. Code, URL fragments, and references qualified with another repository are not expanded.

Minor · Functional Correctness · Quick win

Restrict legacy comma-separated channels to valid CSS values.

The shared channel pattern matches hsl(20, 100, 65) and rgb(255, 0%, 0). Both are invalid in legacy comma-separated CSS syntax. colorsIn() therefore adds swatches whose backgroundColor cannot display the matched color. Use function-specific component patterns for the comma-separated alternatives. (w3.org)

Review comment at @resources/js/lib/colors.ts at line 17:
Update the comma-separated rgb/rgba and hsl/hsla alternatives in the color
pattern used by colorsIn() to use function-specific component patterns instead
of the shared channel pattern. Require RGB channels to use valid number or
percentage forms and HSL hue, saturation, and lightness to use their respective
valid forms, while preserving valid optional alpha handling.

true hsl(20, 100, 65) and rgb(255, 0%, 0) aren't valid css so their swatch comes out empty
matching each function's legacy grammar would make the pattern a lot longer for text that isn't a working color anyway so I'd rather keep it as is

@sulimanbenhalim Understood. The shared pattern keeps the matcher shorter, but it can still add an empty swatch for invalid legacy CSS. I’ll leave the implementation choice to you and won’t press for this change.
