# Lists open pull requests from low risk to critical, for a maintainer to run with their own gh sign-in.
# It never runs in a workflow, and it only reads: one GraphQL request per 50 open pull requests.
#
# Drafts, conflicts, failing CI and requested changes wait on their authors. The rest is split by
# what it touches, then each πŸ‘ on a description (not the author's) lifts it one size step.

Paginate checkSuites before evaluating CI.

checkSuites(last: 20) can omit a workflow's latest suite when a commit has more than 20 suites. The grouping at line 32 only sees returned suites, so line 36 can miss an omitted FAILURE, TIMED_OUT, or STARTUP_FAILURE and place the pull request in a ready tier.

Use the connection cursor and pageInfo to retrieve all suites before grouping them by workflow ID. Checking totalCount alone is not sufficient.

Review comment at @.github/pr-queue.sh at line 21:
Update the check-suite retrieval in the GraphQL query so it follows the
checkSuites connection cursor and pageInfo to fetch every suite before the
existing grouping by workflow ID evaluates CI. Preserve the existing grouping
and failure-conclusion handling.

Paginate the reactions connection before calculating votes.

.github/pr-queue.sh:20-31 requests only reactions(content: THUMBS_UP, first: 100) and counts only .reactions.nodes. A reachable pull request with more than 100 reactions can therefore omit valid non-author, non-bot votes. Its .votes value is too low, so its .size - .votes ranking key is too high and the pull request can appear lower in its risk group.

Paginate the nested reactions connection and combine all reaction pages before applying the existing author and bot exclusions.

Update the pull-request GraphQL query and `.votes` calculation to paginate the
`reactions` connection and combine all reaction pages before applying the
existing author and bot exclusions, so votes include reactions beyond the first
100.

gonna leave this one as is
the most πŸ‘ any of the 232 open prs has right now is 4 and a pr that ever gets past 100 is already at the top of its group so the ones past the first page wouldn't move it

@sulimanbenhalim Understood. With the current maximum of 4 πŸ‘ that you reported, the 100-reaction limit does not affect the queue. I accept your decision to leave it as-is and won’t press for pagination.

Commits are attributed to people only: never add Amp, Claude Code, or any other AI tool as a co-author, and keep their names out of commit attribution (author, committer, and trailers).

To vote for a pull request, give its description a πŸ‘ (its author's own doesn't count). Maintainers can run `.github/pr-queue.sh` (it needs `gh` 2.48 or later and `jq`) to list open pull requests from low risk to critical, and each vote moves a pull request up within its group.
