By using the gala_dbus_runner we don't need dbus-run-session anymore.
By using mutter_dbusrunner we get a fully mocked environment so that the fatal logs about not being able to aquire some dbus objects aren't thrown anymore.
Now that we use mutter_dbusrunner we get a fully isolated environment allowing us to run the tests in parallel.

Mutter actually provides a wrapper that takes care of setting up a suitable environment for tests. Mutter itself and gnome shell use this wrapper. It allows us to reduce our manual environment setup and makes our tests much more robust.
This is one of a few coming PRs that serve as preparation for testing the full gala.
