Add configurable source archives, compiler backends, hashed manifests, and isolated compilation verification. Preserve Git provenance across both formats and prepare version 2.1.0. Closes #20

Exclude stale main PDFs and duplicate bibliography artifacts. Use standard-library TOML parsing and Twine 7. Add CI coverage with real LaTeX, Biber and Typst compilers. Update templates, documentation and dependency lockfile. Refs #20
