📖 docs: point org ADOPTERS and profile at the canonical hive adopters list - #16

The org-level copy drifted from hivecommons/hive ADOPTERS.md (Project Bluefin missing, tunaos.org shown as development instead of Production). Fixes the symptom in hivecommons/hive#14295: the org profile linked a stale, hand-maintained
ADOPTERS.mdcopy that was missing Project Bluefin and showed tunaos.org as development, while the canonical list inhivecommons/hiverecords both as Production (backed by each adopter's own hive config/README and linked evidence: tuna-os hivecommons/hive#5773; Bluefin https://docs.projectbluefin.io/factory/, hivecommons/hive#4928).Structural fix instead of patching two rows:
ADOPTERS.md→ pointer to https://github.com/hivecommons/hive/blob/HEAD/ADOPTERS.md (single source of truth; adopter status is derived from the adopter's own hive config/README and cited there).profile/README.md→ the ADOPTERS link now goes to the canonical list.Does not overlap #15 (which touches
