Thanks for merging #43 and for the cleanup in #45.
This swaps one Instagram entry: "Instagram analyzer and viewer" (https://gramho.com/) now serves a parked-domain page (lander.parity.domains) over http and does not respond over https, checked today (19 Oct). In its place, IGDataHub, in the same format.
What it covers: follower history for the public Instagram accounts it tracks. The report pages are free with no account, for example https://igdatahub.com/blog/natgeo-instagram-profile-stats/ (a follower-growth chart over time), and https://igdatahub.com/rankings/ is a free weekly ranking of the fastest-growing accounts. Hence Free: true. Bulk exports are paid.
