Verification step 3 of the AI Gateway spike (#2262): same custom-hetzner route, second Hetzner model. Nebius does not list Qwen3.6-35B-A3B, so the ledger carries the OpenRouter list price (0.15 / 1.00 USD per MTok) as the fair price; a zero price would make the spend caps vacuous.
