Summary

Updates Privacy Policy section 4 to match the Admissions changes.

Training opt-out (portal #15 + apps #7)

• "Stop using my video for Admissions Assist" in the app removes the applicant's data from future training and deletes their training records straight away.
• The email route stays (within 30 days).
• Account deletion also deletes the training records.

Automated review checks (portal #18 + apps feat/admissions-liveness-words)

• What we collect gains the three random check words and the check results.
• New "Automated checks" subsection:
  • the check words;
  • Amazon Rekognition video content check (prohibited content only, with no face, identity, appearance, age, emotion or gaze analysis);
  • scam / money-request phrases;
  • speaking time and upload timing.
• What the subsection promises: the checks only flag an application for a person; the applicant never sees them; results are deleted with the application and never used for training.
• Storage and providers: Rekognition added, in AWS Mumbai.

Merge timing: publish together with the app release that adds the in-app opt-out and the check words. Needs legal sign-off.

Testing

• Type-check and client tests pass.
