Summary

Prepare locus 2.5.0.

• Bump pubspec.yaml to 2.5.0 and sync the version into the Dart constant and the docs (tool/sync_version.dart).
• Date the changelog entry.
• Refresh the example's pubspec.lock and Podfile.lock for the new version.

What ships

• Native filtering, sorting and pagination for history queries on Android and iOS (Native-side pagination + filtering for queryLocations (avoid loading entire table into Dart heap) #47).
• The activity recognition PendingIntent fix for Android 12+ ([BUG] [Android] Activity Recognition results are null on API 31+ due to PendingIntent flags #61).
• The permission settings fallback after permanent denial, with permission_handler 13.0.2 as the minimum.
• A safe storage close after asynchronous history queries on iOS.

No public API changes. Minor bump because history queries now run natively, which changes how results are paged.

After merge

1. The Release job waits for approval in the production environment, then tags v2.5.0, creates the GitHub release and starts the publish workflow.
2. The publish workflow waits for approval in the pub.dev environment, checks the tag against the pubspec version, runs a dry run and publishes.

Verification

• flutter analyze --fatal-infos --fatal-warnings: no issues.
• flutter test: 807 passed.
• dart run tool/sync_version.dart --check: all pins at 2.5.0.
• flutter pub publish --dry-run: 0 warnings.
