Add Claude Opus 5.5 to the AI Gateway and upgrade Flue to 2.2.1 - #48

- Pi's cloudflare-ai-gateway catalog doesn't list Claude Opus 5.5 yet, so anthropic/claude-opus-5-5 configs failed with "Unknown model ID". Derive a claude-opus-5.5 gateway entry from pi's Anthropic metadata, using the gateway's native Anthropic endpoint and compat; skipped once pi ships it. - @flue/*: ^2.2.0 -> ^2.2.1, which resolves model ids that differ only in version separators (claude-sonnet-4-6 -> claude-sonnet-4.6). - README examples use the dotted gateway ids.

Pi's gateway catalog doesn't list Opus 5.5 yet (models.dev lacks it; pi only backfills the direct Anthropic provider), soanthropic/claude-opus-5-5— used by withastro/astro for review, triage, and the author persona — failed withUnknown model ID. The entry reuses pi's Anthropic Opus 5.5 metadata (cost, limits, thinking levels) with the gateway's native Anthropic endpoint and compat from its Opus 5 entry, and is skipped once pi's catalog ships it.@flue/*to^2.2.1, which resolves model ids that differ only in version separators. This fixes dashed Claude ids broken by pi 0.87.1's rename (e.g. the RetriageJudge failing onanthropic/claude-sonnet-4-6→claude-sonnet-4.6); Flue logs a one-time warning suggesting the dotted id.Testing
