Purpose
Provide reusable contact, fixture and shaft-reaction elements for vehicle assemblies and test rigs.
Approach
Add fixed/road ground models and an inboard shaft reaction element; update rig actuators, joint helpers and shared icons. Introduce the fixture manifest alongside its initialization reader so fixture paths are explicit.
Validation
Includes ground, rotated-frame, actuator and joint fixtures. Fixture-manifest paths, test collection and Modelica formatting checked.
