The Pull Requests page does not show the testing queue or the state of Jones-Systems runners, so checking whether CI is waiting or running requires leaving Jones Code.
This adds a top-right CI popover to the Pull Requests page. It reads queued and running GitHub Actions jobs from repositories connected to the selected environment, shows organization runner status, and shows elapsed time when a running job can be matched to a runner. The panel labels its repository scope and partial or unavailable results; it does not infer queue position or an ETA. Server reads use the selected environment's verified GitHub credential, bounded REST scanning, rate-limit handling, and a two-minute cache.

git diff --checkpasses. Scoped server typechecking found no new diagnostics in the feature files; the full typecheck remains blocked by errors inherited from the parent branch. The parent branch's full auth test file has two unrelated V2 creation failures. An isolated render of the real presentation component was captured in closed and open states. Full app interaction could not be exercised because the parent branch's server startup hits an existing missingNativeCreationAuthorityimport. The T3 Preview automation host is unavailable in this environment, and the legacy test service is inactive. The fixture images are local evidence, not a claim of live app interaction; GitHub image attachment is still unavailable from this environment.Independent review identified one deferred P2 finding: GitHub job states other than
queuedandin_progressare currently omitted, so a waiting job held by environment protection or concurrency may not appear in the waiting count. The displayed repository scope does not remove that limitation.
