The service lock protects a live service from accidental changes. While it is on, any change to what the screens show asks for one more click first.
Turn it on with the Lock button in the top bar or ⌘L (Ctrl+L). It is remembered, and the button shows Locked.
- Go live
- Moving the live slide forward or back, and switching the Bible version (only when something is live)
- Clearing the output, and Clear everything
- Stopping the output
- Blanking a display, and showing or hiding an overlay
- Playing media on the stream or the wall, and stopping it
- Stopping or blanking the Wall/LED
- Closing a display
- Moving between slides or switching versions when nothing is live.
- Changes the app makes by itself, such as a video ending or the wall coming back after a screen is plugged in again.
- Follow-up changes caused by a change you confirmed (for example, going live stops media without a second question).
Actions from the phone remote are held for the same confirmation on the computer.
The confirmation window works with the keyboard: Enter confirms and Esc cancels.
