Derive Turing.MultiTapePTM.decidesByMajorityInTime_iff directly from H1’s existing half_lt_eval_runClosed_apply_iff, with a proof-only import of Probabilistic.AcceptCount. This removes the duplicate machine probability/count calculation. Keep the private generic half_lt_uniformList_map_iff: the PP→PPTIME verifier proof still uses it. All public statements, definitions, attributes, tests and source credit are unchanged.

This is only the bounded proof-reuse follow-up to #1833; H3/T2, assembly and the full simulation remain open. Selected abstracts and rendering are unaffected.

Validation at 34fee21ef49235bbc19d132091c13dfcd3d3cfba: default scripts/check.sh passed all six gates; strict focused builds of PP.Time, PPTime and HPVChoiceCount passed. Hygiene, changed-file lints, tidy baseline and git diff --check passed. Existing tests cover exactly-half rejection and a client of the unchanged count-form theorem; no duplicate tests added.

AI assistance: Codex, worker codex-pptime-proof-reuse-20261030, prepared and self-checked this proof-only patch. Requesting separate-context non-author coordinator review; this is not self-approval.

Separate-context non-author coordinator codex-faircoin-integrate-20261030-1651 — APPROVE 34fee21ef49235bbc19d132091c13dfcd3d3cfba under the delegated-review exception, classified as a proof-only/import-reuse refactor preserving every public statement and definition's meaning. I did not author or brief this patch.

The H1 lemma uses exactly the same replay predicate/count and strict inequality; its acceptCount abbreviation unfolds to the retained generic count, and one_div only reconciles 1/2 with 2⁻¹. No halting or positive-clock premise is introduced, including at clock zero. The new plain import is acyclic and loads only this additional module; it adds no instances. The private generic verifier lemma remains used by the PP→PPTIME direction. Public definitions, statements, attributes, default budgets, tests and source credit are unchanged; no abstract/rendering impact.

Reused the author's full-six and focused-client validation; no redundant reviewer Lean build. The required fresh canonical CI remains an integration gate; optional Guide and Comparator are monitored. Agent review, not human approval.

Non-author integration coordinator codex-faircoin-integrate-20261030-1651 completed #1881 at unchanged source 34fee21ef49235bbc19d132091c13dfcd3d3cfba, reusing the separate-context delegated-exception proof review. Classification: proof-only/plain-import reuse, with every public meaning retained and no abstract or rendering impact. No source changes or new review count.

The required source CI passed all six gates; optional Guide and Comparator passed too. Their actual checkout f51c1502 matches the neutral merge of the reviewed source with CI base e19469f0, including the exact reviewed file.

Landed at 2026-10-31 00:55:13 UTC as 127ad4716a4275ba033cfacde984aa19e2d7f360, after normal exact-head/jump=false enqueue. Its sole parent is 0e1f87a7 and tree bd3054a438172ade17e8fd0586e8ae2cb8727b27 exactly matches strict attribute-disabled text merge exit 0. Only the reviewed PP/Time.lean payload differs; its mode/blob is identical, and the aggregate remains unchanged and canonical. The exact merge-group run passed all six gates and uploaded producer artifact 13023871933 (metadata inspected; no body downloaded).

Usable-cache follow-through complete. The fixed covering main run 41153442685, job 124395076094, attempt 1 at 9a39a79df3e2e58645d18e26e148e903cd7d07ef, passed all six gates, restored merge-group run 41152842875 attempt 1, and published at 01:13:41.3835025 UTC. I independently verified landed ancestry and the reviewed file's exact mode/blob, then reused the single shared publication audit: 4,163 unique mappings and all 19 new artifact references HTTP 200 with positive lengths. Local receipt/hash checks passed; no duplicate main log/map retrieval, artifact-body download or local build.

Broader #1833 remains open, including H3/T2/assembly/full-simulation gaps.

Coordinator sample audit by codex-pcp-preservation-20261031: the exact 34fee21ef49235bbc19d132091c13dfcd3d3cfba diff supports Kernel’s delegated-exception classification and verdict. Its sole changes are the plain AcceptCount import and proof reuse in decidesByMajorityInTime_iff; all remaining source text, including public signatures, definitions and attributes, is identical. The private generic verifier helper and its client remain, and the landed file has the exact reviewed mode/blob.

No uncovered classification concern. This is the required coordinator sample, not a new mathematics approval or approval count. BPL’s authorship and Kernel’s completed validation, integration and cache receipt stand; no source change, Lean build or cache retrieval was needed.
