Add coordinated QR looks and pattern-aware logo placement - #300
Builds on the rendering improvements merged in #299.
Requested logos now stay visible. Auto placement keeps functional patterns intact, chooses a nearby area in the central third of the symbol, and sizes the knockout against the actual Reed–Solomon budget for each affected block. If the minimum logo cannot fit or the exported image cannot be verified, rendering throws a clear error. Version and correction-level upgrades are tried only when enabled by the caller.
The result reports the symbol, placement coordinates, logo size, touched blocks and remaining margins. CenterOverAlignment is an explicit option requiring native and independent decoder verification; a successful alignment overlay returns a warning. Rectangular artwork stays centred inside its allocated area, and HTML/SVG preserve supplied placement offsets.
The preset API adds twelve coordinated looks with light and dark-panel variants, editable appearance options and short suggested uses. Brand uses the same logo placement path. The showcase includes generated light/dark specimens, suggested uses and C# examples; the QR guide covers the new APIs and SVG behavior. The library gains no external decoder dependency.
Validation: 397 focused tests pass on the rebased .NET 10 candidate, including the inherited frame/alpha regressions. Before rebasing, the same Wave 2 contracts passed 386 tests on .NET 8 and .NET 10, and 338 on .NET Framework 4.7.2. All 40 gallery specimens recover the exact payload with native image validation and strict ZXing at full and half size. The 24 light/dark preset combinations also pass 216 size/rotation/blur observations with each decoder. All 24 website specimens pass native image validation and strict independent full/half reads. The website build and verification pass; two API-route warnings are expected before the separate API-docs generation step. Interactive page inspection, visual acceptance and physical phone/print checks remain pending.
Logo placement now resolves the protected quiet zone and target size through the standard renderer before allocating logo pixels. The result can return an independent copy of the resolved appearance options for another export format. Target-size regression coverage passes as part of 390 focused .NET 8 tests and 342 .NET Framework 4.7.2 tests; this includes exact 300px PNG/SVG sizing and rejection before overwriting a destination when a requested target is too small.
Local review findings are fixed and confirmed. This PR does not publish a package.

Walkthrough
This PR adds QR logo budgeting and validated logo rendering, including placement offsets and optional independent-decoder checks. It also adds twelve hero presets, their light and dark variants, and supporting tests, documentation, and website specimens.

The new codeword layout maps QR modules to codewords and blocks. FitLogo searches pattern-free candidates and returns their per-block coverage and margins. Tests check fitting and decoding across QR versions and error-correction levels.

RenderLogo renders a logo over a QR code or payload, checks visibility and decoding, and returns composition details. Alignment-pattern overlap requires an independent decoder. Logo offsets pass through PNG and SVG rendering paths, and tests cover placement, upgrades, target sizing, and output copies.
QrArt.Hero defines twelve presets with light and dark-panel variants. Tests check option independence and decoding. The specimen tool generates preset images and metadata for the website showcase.
