This integrates upstream T3 Code’s V2 orchestrator while preserving Jones behavior and reconciling current main. Runtime retry/failure handling, fixtures, voice-review composition, exports, and check groups now use the accepted V2 integration. Legacy protocol-1 capability schemas remain available for older descriptors, but the protocol-2 server does not advertise guarantees it cannot satisfy.

Source commit 101a48488856b07c7bd0fa55d2a7435096593102 and publication commit ae25e5d04bec70c2c0af51af70329a9e9086d15e have identical trees. Both preserve prior integration history and include main ca7c1103c21a05fa7fed5df5dd9fb639aa14e57c.

Verification:

  • The final affected union passed 3,509 tests across 129 modules. After the final lint-only import/test-runner fixes and tooltip adjustment, all 87 tests across the four affected test modules passed again.
  • Lint passes across all 1,700 PR-changed code files: zero errors, 1,700 warnings, 9.23 seconds locally. Formatting passed for the repair and main-integration paths; commit hooks left verified source content unchanged.
  • Contracts, client-runtime, and web typechecks pass. The final web typecheck was repeated after the tooltip change. The server compiler reports zero errors and nine inherited warnings; its exit status remains 1 and is not claimed green.
  • Web and server builds passed before the final import/test-runner/tooltip lint fixes. Build warnings remain. An isolated synthetic Node server completed migrations/recovery and returned HTTP 200; all providers were disabled and the owned process was stopped.
  • UI interaction and before/after captures remain unavailable: T3 Browser opened, but both environment-port and direct-loopback navigation failed. No live user data or provider turns were used.
  • Exact-head CI is now running. GitHub rejected retargeting this PR to main because it is the bottom of native stack #86 (feat(orchestration): integrate V2 while preserving Jones behavior #77 → feat(web): add submitted-work queue mock page (QUEUE-A2) #78 → feat(mcp): allow agents to settle their own thread after completion #85 → fix(contracts): preserve Workstreams schema byte pins #88 → fix(accounting): validate and read through the same RPC session #89). The base remains sync/upstream-before-orchestrator-20261002; stack reconstruction is awaiting owner approval. Earlier CI results do not verify this head. No merge or deployment is requested.

Implementation used Claude Opus 5.5 workers; final repairs and main/publication reconciliation used GPT-6 Astra medium agents through Codex in T3 Code.

Merge the upstream orchestrator replacement while preserving the resolved
Jones integration surfaces. All 115 original conflicted paths have no unmerged
entries and the current source marker scan is clean.

This is the accepted local integration checkpoint S, not a validated delivery.
The coherent queue repair passes 321 affected tests. Remaining original runtime
checkpoint attribution, failed-terminal checkpoint and never-claimed recovery
repairs remain open, together with package types/lint/build and final CI/app
validation. Temporary runtime diagnostics and the new failed-primary test WIP
are preserved unstaged; subsequent fixes follow as ordinary commits.

No PR merge, deployment, history rewrite or cleanup is performed.
